There are still improvements needed on the hall. A window in the basement needs to be boarded up.
An estimate of $2000 was received for restoration of the bell tower and $8000 to side the rest of the hall.
A suggestion was made that the bell be dismantled and placed by the new sign. More community input will be needed before this decision can be made.
The old windows from the basement of the hall will be auctioned at an upcoming local auction.
The front and side doors need to be reset and tightened with new weather stripping. Snow and cold air are coming in!!

Attendance at our annual meetings always seems to be low and the idea of phoning people around the community, instead of relying on posters seems to be a good idea.

The cemetery cleanup date was set for June 22 at 1:00 P.M.
We need more community input on whether to repair or dismantle the bell tower.
If dismantled, the bell would be placed by the new hall sign.

There is still the issue of siding the remainder of the hall. It would be possible to scrape and paint the rest of the hall.
